Managed Services require the to business have a minimum of 5 devices under management.

If you have only a few workstations or don’t need the intensive care offered by our managed services, our per incident prices are below.

On Site:

The on site service rate is $120 for the first half an hour, then $90 per hour after that, billed in 15 minute increments.

Phone Support:

The cost for phone support is $20 if resolved over phone (credit card prepayment required)

Remote support:

The cost for remote control support is $50 (credit card prepayment required)

After hours, weekend and public holiday support:

On Site: $200 per hour billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour (1-hr credit card prepayment required, remainder billed on completion)
Telephone Support: $50 (credit card prepayment required)
Remote Support: $100 (credit card prepayment required)
